Nine months and counting...

It's hard to believe, but our sweet little baby is already nine months old! And she keeps getting cuter by the day. Jeremy will have to add pictures because he managed to hide them from me...something about needing more space on the computer.

So, no new pictures right now, just an update on the latest Corinne happenings:
1. She's officially crawling. She had been army crawling since about 6 months, but is getting the hang of being on her hands and knees. She's exploring more of the house and tries to get into everything. She hasn't figured out drawers or cupboards yet.

2. More teeth are arriving. The bottom two are completely in and the top two are working their way down. She was grinding her teeth this morning...just the beginning of that crazy sound.

3. She uses "uh-oh" appropriately. She babbles mama and dada, but not necessarily in association with us. Jeremy is working on her saying "gotcha" but she doesn't quite have it down. But she loves to get a toy, throw it on the ground, and look at it and say "uh-oh." It's super cute.

4. We are working on some basic sign language and she can sign for "more." She's not consistent yet, but we are making great progress. I need to pull out the baby signs book and really get going on some fun signs to add to her vocabulary.

5. She pulls herself up to standing...on the couch, chairs, walls...if she can steady herself, she can pull up quickly. She's working on cruising along the furniture. She hasn't managed to stand on her own or take any steps yet...I hope that's a ways down the road.

6. Corinne likes basketball. Daddy has been taking her to games and she joins in with the cheering and clapping. She's a great little fan!

With the next post, I'll get some pictures added. And I will put Jeremy on the task of updating the website photos as well.
